They did a diagnostic check for $175/hr which adds up quite quickly and were horrible at keeping me up to date with what was going on with my car. I had to contact them to find out. They, also, dropped off my car at my house without even letting me know that they came. Expensive and terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend!

David and his staff are top notch. They accommodated my schedule, got me to and from the rental car agency and handled the repair in a very timely manner. This is my second repair with them over the last couple of years and I could not be more pleased with their service and craftsmanship. Cleaning and polishing both the interior and exterior was an added bonus which was a very nice touch. Well done!

Sadly, all good things come to an end. Recent staff turnover, e.g., Chase and a couple receptionists, have negatively impacted the atmosphere, customer service, the quality, and confidence I have in their work. I had been using Woodlands Car Care for nearly 2 decades and enjoyed the service provided for my domestic, European, and exotic performance vehicles. Heck, it was customary for me to bring them donuts when they serviced my vehicles. Unfortunately, the past couple visits have been... disappointing. Even the most basic service, i.e., oil changes and resetting computer codes was overlooked and their quick analysis of my battery/charging system was incongruent with the OBDII/CPU's assessment of the state of the battery. Computer was giving a few months of "Low Battery" warnings, their assessment was all was okay, sadly, the computer turned out to be right. A recent call to schedule routine service was, sadly, disappointing; when the receptionist answered, I introduced myself and asked with whom I was speaking. She seemed genuinely disturbed to disclose her name, and I found myself on eternal hold. It's always sad when a legend dies, it's inevitable, but still sad.

I can’t say enough great things about Woodlands Car Care & Collision. David and his entire staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient from start to finish. After I accidentally backed into a cement pole, they went above and beyond to make my car look presentable again—and the results were absolutely spectacular. The work was done quickly, the communication was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but David and his team absolutely delivered. I highly recommend Woodlands Car Care & Collision to anyone needing body work done right.

Al is a scam artist and shady as can be! Bought an RV from less than a year ago, driven 5,000 miles. Brought it in to get serviced before our trip this year. He called and said a bunch of little things he was doing to fix it up, made it sound like he was hooking it up, saying "I'll take care of it for ya, no problem". These were little things that were there before I bought it! I went to pick it up and he has a bill for $7,734! Was supposed to be a few hundred turned in to almost 8 thousand without telling me once that he was charging me this much! And he called after he did this stuff! Do not use them! I will be reporting them to all pertinent agencies. Edit: Since the scam artist wants to respond with his BS. Here's the photos from less than a week after he charged me $2,000 to "fix" the headliner that had bubbles in it. Literally fell down immediately! Also they somehow broke the door to the closet and tore the trim off.
